Beverly Hills Apartment

Our client asked us to help her with the finishing touches of her apartment. With some great "bones" to start: a gorgeous CB2 sleeper sofa and a handsome TV console table, we added monochromatic touches to bring an elegant, comfortable and inviting vibe.

Living Room Sherman Oaks

We were asked to spruce up this Living Room in our client's new home. Though a generous space, the layout of the room was somewhat challenging with the fireplace positioned in the far right corner. We commissioned Off The Bolt to re-upholstered our client's antique chairs and sofa and custom designed a built-in unit (built by Jason Fowler's Workshop) to make the fireplace more of a focal point. By bringing in a variety of textures and materials we transformed this room into a lovely and vibrant retreat to come home to.

FAMILY ROOM IN SHERMAN OAKS

Our client in Sherman Oaks called us back to work on her home office / family room that was the go-to room for their excess pieces. We ended up removing some of the larger pieces and bringing in sunny yellow accents. We reupholstered their beloved club chair and sofa set, and added linen curtains from Pottery Barn. All that, a new rug, striking wall sconces and a ladder shelf unit transform the room into a space that is both relaxing and invigorating for the perfect home office,.

Mar Vista Project

We were called in to help select colors and surfaces during the complete overhaul of this 1950's home. We ended up updating the fireplace façade and introducing a soft, neutral color palette that brings calm and elegance. Any bright color accents that are found inside come from original art and what can be seen through the window.

To compliment this beautifully renovated Tudor style home with a black & white exterior and black & brass accents inside, we extended the black & brass/gold accents in our selections of furniture and original abstract art. A faux cow hide rug adds a stylish, lively vibe.

Staging this bright, sunny Spanish Revival house, built in the early 1930's was such a pleasure! Our overall colorful palette included custom made throw pillows to bring the eye to the lovely original stained-glass windows in entry and hall.

Garage re-do in RPV

This tired family room that used to be a garage needed our help. With our client's favorite color palette: green & brown in mind, we brightened this room up and created a functional space for the washer/dryer and beverage refrigerators. We re-finished the concrete floor and fireplace surround, installed LED can lighting, brought in new furniture with our signature custom throw pillows and nice, neutral curtains.

North Hollywood Commercial Design

This office had many great elements that we were able to work with in our design. We installed a new vinyl floor, gave the walls a fresh color palette and brought in new, stylish furniture and accessories to give each individual office a personal touch, resonating with its occupants. The result is an eclectic, inviting and stylish work environment.

The beautiful vaulted ceilings in this newly renovated condo made our staging just so enjoyable. We went with a neutral palette and added some pops of color.

We staged this lovely, luxurious condo in Beverly Hills with the homeowner's sofa and ottoman as center pieces. Colorful custom made throw pillows, some original art and striking oversized accessories create the overall sophisticated vibe.

Occupied Staging in Beautiful Eagle Rock

An artistic home, filled with the homeowner's original paintings. While a crew was painting the whole house inside and out, we were brought in to streamline the rooms and to create a mini-gallery with the homeowner's art. What a lovely property! The yard has three levels and is secluded by trees, a true resort setting. The homeowners, who live at the house while it is on the market, have unique and very expressive furniture. We added a couple of key pieces and accessories to tie it all together into a lovely, retreat-like home that is super versatile. We are thrilled with the result.

Small spaces can be functional! Our client needed our help on a tight budget. We found the perfect desk and book case to open up the space and used colors in our accessories to compliment the recliner: two fabric panels and a lovely custom silk flower arrangement. 

West LA Occupied Staging

This eclectic style home, with add-ons and a lovely secluded back yard has an unusual floor plan. The first "room" you enter is the oversized patio that features a year round living and dining area. On a tight budget, using the homeowner's furniture - and adding just a few key pieces - we were able to streamline the rooms and show off the lovely accents of this listing.

We were asked to stage the guest bedroom in this lovely Hollywood Hills home. It was a very quick job - we were done in 48 hours. We also staged the already furnished rooms by bringing in lively, colorful accessories. 

Condo in West Los Angeles

Blush, gold, pewter, silver...our client's go-to colors and textures. We brought those elements into her West Los Angeles condo. Her dark, heavy furniture was replaced with quality pieces that have a lighter, softer vibe. We took our time to find unique one-of-a-kind accessories and created a space that is inviting and comfortable, and fits our client's design style.

HOME STAGING IN CULVER CITY

This 3bdrm/2bth home in Culver City, CA is now showing at its very best when it goes on the market! We staged it to fit its selling price of $1M-$1.3M, by complementing the rented furniture with fresh, colorful accessories and some original art works. This house also has a gorgeous back yard as well as a yoga room grandfathered in the garage.

Small Office Revamp

New LED Can lighting throughout brightens this revamped small office in Carson. Replacing the dark grey commercial carpet with light grey oak laminate sets the stage for a completely new and inviting office environment. We brought in a cool color palette to tone down the heat from the late afternoon sun. Elegant baseboards finish the relaxed, comfortable look. The furniture we selected is mostly IKEA and gives our client all the storage he needs. 

KITCHEN REMODEL

A charming 1930's kitchen in a Spanish style home...too small to meet today's living standards. We knocked out the wall to the pantry/backdoor and moved the ceiling up by about a foot, creating enough space for a custom built-in floor to ceiling cabinet that holds our built-in refrigerator/freezer and microwave. LED can lighting brings ample light throughout. We decided to keep the adjacent breakfast nook with its arched entry intact.

Encino Italian Style

We were asked to help select flooring and a color palette to update this beautiful Italian Style home in Encino. The powder room needed an upgrade as well. New skylights were installed in the kitchen/den area and as we were going along, we also helped select a beautiful new travertine floor for the downstairs home studio. After all the construction work was completed, we helped the homeowners with framing of all their art works and hanging the art throughout the house.
